Mitzu
Warehouse-native customer analytics for your SaaS
What is Mitzu?
Mitzu is a tool that helps companies understand the data they collect, like information about their customers or how their product is used. Imagine a teacher who can see every student's homework and tests in one place, and quickly figure out who's doing well and who needs help. Mitzu does something similar but for companies—gathering all their important data and making sense of it without needing to know how to write complex code. It automatically creates something called "SQL queries" (which is a way to ask questions from the data) to show you exactly what’s happening with your business.
What can Mitzu do?
Mitzu is used to help companies, especially those that offer software or online services, figure out what's working and what's not. For example, it helps them track how many people are using their product, how well their marketing campaigns are doing, and how much money they’re making. It’s like having a giant calculator that not only does the math for you but also explains the results in a way that anyone on the team can understand. Companies can look at things like how many people sign up each month, or how many customers keep using their service over time—all without needing to hire a team of experts to do the heavy lifting.
Who uses Mitzu?
Mitzu is mostly used by businesses that sell software, like apps or online services. It's really helpful for teams that don’t have a lot of people who can dig into the numbers. Product managers (the people who decide what the company should build next), marketing teams (who try to get more customers), and finance teams (who keep track of the money) all use Mitzu. It helps them make smart decisions based on facts, rather than guesses. Even companies that don’t have a data expert can still use Mitzu because it makes everything much easier and quicker to understand.
